Es por ello, que el objetivo de este trabajo de titulación es analizar la oferta de servicios que tiene el centro turístico EcoAdventure Cabalonga y generar un manual de calidad que permita optimizar los servicios ofertados en el establecimiento turístico. Dicho documento permitirá optimizar y fortalecer el servicio turístico ofertado en el centro turístico Ecoadventure Cabalonga. La investigación tiene inclinación turística-técnica de enfoque mixto, bibliográfica, descriptiva y de campo. Los métodos aplicados son los teóricos históricos – lógico, inductivo – deductivo, analítico – sintético y empírico. El universo elegido fueron los visitantes que llegan al centro, donde se empleó la fórmula finita para obtener una muestra de 343 encuestados. Los instrumentos fueron cuestionario que consta de diez preguntas objetivas, abiertas-cerradas y una entrevista realizada al administrador del centro, Ing. José Hernández. En base a los resultados obtenidos, indican que el centro necesita la implementación de un manual de calidad con el fin de corregir las falencias detectadas y convertirlas en fortalezas, ayudando a que el centro turístico Ecoadventure Cabalonga preste adecuadamente los servicios de una manera eficaz y al mismo tiempo el cliente disfrute de estos.The Center EcoAdventure Cabalonga is an environmentally friendly hostel located on the beach in Puerto Cayo, Manabí province; offers a variety of tourist services, including may be mentioned, hosting services, typical gastronomy Manabí, adventure tours that take place in an area privileged surrounded by natural resources such as Protected Forest Cantagallo, Pacoche Wildlife Refuge and Machalilla National Park. It is therefore the aim of this paper is to analyze the degree service offering that has the resort and generate EcoAdventure Cabalonga quality manual that optimizes the services offered by the tourist accommodation. This document will optimize and strengthen the tourist service offered in the EcoAdventure Cabalonga Center. Research has tourist-technically inclined mixed, literature, descriptive approach and field. The methods used are historical theoretical - logical, inductive - deductive, analytic - synthetic and through empirical observation. The universe chosen was the visitors who come to the center, the finite formula was used to obtain a sample of 343 respondents, whose instrument was the questionnaire consisting of ten closed open-objective questions, and an interview center manager, Ing. Jose Hernandez. Based on the results obtained indicate that the center needs the implementation of this quality manual in order to correct identified weaknesses and turn them into strengths, helping the center EcoAdventure Cabalonga adequately provide services effectively and at the same while guests enjoy these.UNIVERSIDAD DE GUAYAQUILIng.
