Posee algunas desventajas, por lo que se convierte en un lugar poco atractivo para ser tomado como referente o influyente en el turismo nacional. Entre ellas encontramos: baja afluencia turística, desconocimiento de los atractivos turísticos, falta de infraestructura y de prestadores de servicios, y falta de promoción turística. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo general, Diagnosticar turísticamente la hacienda San Luis de La Ribera, para el diseño de un producto agroturístico. Determinar cuáles son los productos agroturistico que posee la hacienda. Utilizando métodos investigativos cualitativos con técnicas y herramientas que ayudaron a recopilar información. Se utilizó fichas de entrevista estructurada para autoridades y visitantes del cantón Nobol; además encuestas, para analizar la viabilidad de la propuesta. La investigación trascendió a una propuesta, registrando los perfiles en redes sociales, Facebook, Outlook y Twitter, además, donde el visitante encontrará costos y promociones con sus actividades. El mensaje publicitario tiene como meta lograr que el visitante perciba ala hacienda San Luis de la Rivera como un producto agroturistico donde experimentará con la naturaleza. Estos cambios generarán como resultado: impulsar el desarrollo turístico de la hacienda San Luis de la Rivera.This research work was carried out at the San Luis de la Rivera hacienda in the canton Nobol Provincia Del Guayas. It has some disadvantages, so it becomes an unattractive place to be taken as a reference or influential in national tourism. These include: low tourist influx, lack of natural attractions, lack of infrastructure and service providers, and lack of tourism promotion. This research has as general objective, To diagnose touristy the San Luis de la Ribera hacienda, for the design of an agro tourism product. Determine what agro-tourism products the hacienda owns. Using qualitative investigative methods with techniques and tools that helped to gather information. We used structured interview files for authorities and visitors from the canton Nobol; In addition, surveys, to analyze the feasibility of the proposal. The research transcended a proposal, registering the profiles in social networks, Facebook, Outlook and Twitter, in addition, where the visitor will find costs and promotions with their activities. The advertising message aims to make the visitor perceive the hacienda San Luis de la Rivera as an agro-tourism product where they will experience with nature.
