| spelling | Impacto de las exportaciones del camarón y su aporte al PIB período 2013-2016Robalino Miranda, Diana CarolinaEXPORTACIONESCAMARÓNRENTABILIDADPIBPDFEn el Ecuador actualmente las exportaciones de camarón ocupan el primer puesto en ingreso de divisas, por eso en esta investigación sus objetivos fueron, aanalizar el impacto de las exportaciones del camarón y su aporte al PIB en el periodo 2013-2016; se determinó las principales variables que determinaron el crecimiento de la producción camaronera; se analizó las ventajas arancelarias que posee la Industria camaronera y principales mercados de Exportación y se medió la variación en el nivel de empleo que generó la Industria camaronera Ecuatoriana durante este periodo. La metodología cuantitativa permitió determinar el análisis de toda la información estadística de fuentes como el Banco Central del Ecuador, Ministerio de Acuacultura y Pesca entre los más importantes, se analizó la superficie de camarón, su producción, las exportaciones y su destino, la generación de divisas y empleo del sector. La actividad camaronera presentó los siguientes resultados, una rentabilidad con tasa interna de retorno financiera (TIRF) fue 13,73 % que es mayor que el costo de oportunidad 12,00 %, la tasa interna de retorno del inversionista (TIRI) fue 31,37 % es la tasa de la actividad camaronera es mayor a la tasa financiera 13,73 % por lo que la inversión si es rentable; el valor actual neto (VAN) llego al monto de 194,697.24 dólares fue mayor a cero la actividad camaronera es aceptable y finalmente el Coeficiente beneficio/costo fue 1,08 mayo que uno por lo que este tipo de proyectos si son viables.In Ecuador, shrimp exports currently occupy the first place in foreign exchange earnings, which is why in this research their objectives were to analyze the impact of shrimp exports and their contribution to GDP in the 2013-2016 period; the main variables that determined the growth of shrimp production were determined; the tariff advantages of the shrimp industry and the main export markets were analyzed and the variation in the level of employment generated by the Ecuadorian shrimp industry during this period was measured. The quantitative methodology allowed to determine the analysis of all the statistical information from sources such as the Central Bank of Ecuador, the Ministry of Aquaculture and Fisheries among the most important, analyzed the shrimp area, its production, exports and its destination, the generation of currency and employment in the sector. The shrimp activity presented the following results, a return with internal rate of financial return (ITRF) was 13.73% that is greater than the opportunity cost of 12.00%, the internal rate of return of the investor (TIRI) was 31, 37% is the rate of shrimp activity is higher than the 13.73% financial rate so the investment if profitable; the net present value (NPV) reached the amount of $ 194,697.24 was greater than zero shrimp activity is acceptable and finally the benefit / cost coefficient was 1.08 May that one so this type of projects if viableUniversidad de Guayaquil.
