Este proyecto realiza un estudio de campo para determinar las necesidades, problemas y posibles soluciones que beneficien a quienes realicen turismo dentro de esta área recreacional, que ofrece un ambiente seguro, de actividades deportivas que pueden disfrutar en compañía de amistades y familia. Las áreas de turismo en la ciudad son muy variadas donde se pueden observar la evolución de la ciudad y con ella el desarrollo de las actividades gastronómicas que van de la mano como parte de la cultura guayaquileña y ecuatoriana ofreciendo una variedad de platos típicos. En el Parque Samanes existe una mayor demanda gastronómica, que la oferta existente no ha cubierto de forma general porque en la investigación se evidencia el problema de los turistas que buscan nuevas alternativas de una gastronomía saludable acorde con sus actividades deportivas.The following research work was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the gastronomic offer and demand existing in the Samanes Recreation Park located north of the city of Guayaquil, for the proposal of an organic themed restaurant, this place is visited by tourists Local and national who, due to the theme of the park, come to exercise, or to enjoy the recreational sports facilities offered by the place. This project carries out a field study to determine the needs, problems and possible solutions that benefit those who make tourism within this recreational area, which offers a safe environment, sports activities that can be enjoyed in the company of friends and family. The areas of tourism in the city are very varied where you can observe the evolution of the city and with it the development of gastronomic activities that go hand in hand as part of the Guayaquil and Ecuadorian culture offering a variety of typical dishes.
