El objetivo principal de la presente investigación está orientado a diseñar un plan de mejoramiento de las Redes de telefonía fija, en base a un eficiente manejo y una buena gestión. El avance vertiginoso de la tecnología en el campo de las comunicaciones da lugar a que la planta externa sea algo esencial ya que en las actualidad los servicios que ofrece La CNT (Corporación Nacional de telecomunicaciones) son de muy buena calidad; mediante una encuesta realizada a los técnicos se ha podido identificar los problemas existentes en la planta externa de la Central telefónica Samanes, y de esta manera proporcionar un óptimo servicio mediante la implementación de mejoras para los abonados desde el distribuidor principal, área subterránea, cable subterráneo, el armario, la red de postes, cable aéreo y la caja terminal; para que la red esté en buenas condiciones y así esté preparada para la el futuro. PALABRASThis study is the product of many years of experience in the area of maintenance of telecommunication networks. The main objective of this research is aimed at designing a plan of improvement of fixed telephone networks, based on efficient management and good governance. The rapid advancement of technology in the field of communications leads to the outside plant is essential because in the currently services offered by the CNT (National Telecommunication Corporation) provides a very good quality; through a survey of technicians was able to identify the problems in the outside plant telephone Central Samanes, and to provide an optimal service by implementing improvements to the subscribers from the underground main distributor, underground area, cable , the closet, the network of poles, overhead cable and the terminal box; so that the network would be in good condition and that is well prepared for the future.Universidad de Guayaquil.
