Nuestra hipótesis se basa en demostrar que la presencia elevada de los parámetros como lo son el Colesterol y los Triglicéridos, unidos a la presencia de un mal funcionamiento renal, son indicadores de la evolución clínica de los pacientes hipertensos. Para la realización del presente estudio se escogió como sitio de toma de muestras y universo a los pacientes atendidos en el Centro de Salud de Mapasingue en la Ciudad de Guayaquil y, con presencia declarada de hipertensión arterial y que sean mayores de 35 años de edad. Se realizó un estudio prospectivo analítico y descriptivo sobre la incidencia de pacientes hipertensos con alto riesgo, valiéndonos de los sistemas de análisis clínicos en muestras de sangre. Los resultados obtenidos fueron relacionados con la evolución clínica de los pacientes. A los pacientes en estudio se les realizo una serie de exámenes (tres en total) a cada uno, primero, al ser recibidos como pacientes, segundo al tercer día para observar los primeros cambios en la evolución de los resultados y finalmente al los 15 días para poder conocer si en caso los hay, a los cambios finales en el total de parámetros en estudio.The present thesis has as main objective, to contribute to the knowledge of the factors of risk in patient hypertension, by means of the study and analysis of indicative parameters of the behavior of certain organs of first order like they are it the Liver and the Kidneys. Our hypothesis is based on demonstrating that the high presence of the parameters like they are it the Cholesterol and the Triglycerides, together to the presence of a bad renal operation, they are indicative of the clinical evolution of the patient hypertension. For the realization of the present study it was chosen like place of taking of samples and universe to the patients assisted in the Center of Health of Mapasingue in the City of Guayaquil and, with declared presence of arterial hypertension and that they are bigger than 35 years of age. One carries out an analytic and descriptive prospective study about the incidence of patient hypertension with high risk, being worth us of the systems of clinical analysis in samples of blood. The obtained results were related with the clinical evolution of the patients. To the patients in study are carried out a series of exams (three in total) to each one, first, when being received as patient, second, to the third day to observe the first changes in to the evolution of the results and finally to the the 15 days to be able to know if in case there are them, to the final changes in the total of parameters in study.Universidad de Guayaquil.
