La problemática se presenta porque en esta localidad existen varios casos de malnutrición infantil, la pobreza y la falta de conocimientos por parte de los padres hace que los niños sean los más afectados. La población de este sector es de 2800 habitantes para lo cual se tomó una muestra de 260 personas las mismas que fueron partícipes de las encuestas para esta investigación. Las metodologías que se ejecutaron en este trabajo investigativo son los métodos inductivos y deductivos, acompañado de la investigación de campo y bibliográfica que contribuyó a la recopilación de información con fuentes fiables debidamente citadas. Los resultados indican que si existen casos de desnutrición infantil en dicho lugar por lo que es factible que se establezca el plan de comunicación.Today the company is immersed in dialogue and constant training, the objective of this research is to design a communication plan that allows reduce malnutrition in children from zero to five years, the sector "Rosita Walls" in the November 15 cooperative is located in the canton Quevedo. The problem arises because in this town there are several cases of child malnutrition, poverty and lack of knowledge by parents causes children are the most affected. The population of this area is 2800 inhabitants for which a sample of 260 people who were participants the same survey for this research was taken. The methodologies that were implemented in this research work are the inductive and deductive methods, accompanied by field research and literature that contributed to the collection of information properly cited reliable sources.
