Período 2014-2018Del Peso Ponce, Narcisa MichelleRosero Soto, Michell sharonEDUCACIÓNPRESUPUESTOBECASAYUDAS ECONÓMICASPDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la participación que ha tenido el programa de becas del Instituto de Fomento al Talento Humano implementado por el Estado en la educación superior en un periodo de análisis del año 2014-2018, con la finalidad de determinar la gestión por parte de la institución en el otorgamiento de becas, motivo por el cual se detallara el monto asignado por parte del gobierno nacional a la institución y los beneficios que ha traído este programa en el sector educativo en los últimos 4 años. (IFTH). Se utilizó la investigación documental y un enfoque cualitativo para tener información acerca de este organismo, los servicios que brindan y se explicaron las leyes que amparan a esta institución. Con respecto al enfoque cuantitativo esta permitió demostrar la premisa de investigación por medio de la recolección de datos estadísticos, dando como resultado que el Instituto de Fomento al Talento Humano uno del organismo encargado de otorgar becas está limitada al presupuesto que recibe del Estado. Por lo tanto, se recomienda acciones al Instituto para una mejor gestión de recursos.The main objective of this research work was to analyze the participation of the scholarship program of the Institute for the Promotion of Human Talent implemented by the State in higher education in an analysis period of 2014-2018, with the determination to determine the management by the institution in the granting of scholarships, which is why the amount allocated by the national government to the institution and the benefits that this program has brought in the education sector in the last 4 years is detailed. (IFTH) Documentary research and a qualitative approach are used to have information about this organization, the services they provide and the laws that support this institution are explained. Regarding the quantitative approach to this analysis, the premise of research through the collection of statistical data, resulting in the Institute for the Promotion of Human Talent, one of the agencies responsible for granting scholarships is limited to the budget received by the State.
