En esta ocasión el método se aplicara en la empresa “METALMECÁNICA GUALE” dedicada a la fabricación de puertas enrollables en la ciudad de Guayaquil. El origen y los motivos de la aplicación de la metodología iniciara en el Capítulo uno donde se observara el planteamiento del problema: Síntomas, Causas, pronóstico y control. Luego de realizar un recorrido por el Capítulo uno, se encontraran con la identificación de los peligros al que están expuestos los trabajadores de la empresa esta se evidencia dentro del análisis de la situación actual en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, en los inventario de máquinas y herramientas utilizados por los trabajadores, vehículos, funciones de cada cargo, y la descripción del proceso productivo, toda esta información corresponde al capítulo dos, además de la estimación de los riesgos laborales usando el Anexo B. “Modelo de formato para la evaluación general de riesgos” que se encuentra en la metodología. Y que para el presente trabajo se encontrara en la tabla de anexos. En el capítulo tres desarrollaremos la propuesta, para prevenir los riesgos identificados como MODERADOS, IMPORTANTES E INTORLEBLES, todas las alternativas más viables y cuál es su costo, mediante un análisis costo – beneficio. Para terminar con conclusiones y recomendaciones.The present thesis consists in the application of the method of evaluation of occupational risks of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (INSHT) method of Spanish origin, used in a normal way by the Ecuadorian companies, being a method approved without prejudice in the inspections and audits of the Ministry of Labor and the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security IESS. On this occasion the method will be applied in the company "METALMECÁNICA GUALE" dedicated to the manufacture of rolling doors in the city of Guayaquil. The origin and motives of the application of the methodology will begin in Chapter one where the problem approach is observed: Symptoms, Causes, prognosis and control. After a tour of Chapter One, they will find the identification of the hazards to which the workers of the company are exposed. This is evidenced in the analysis of the current situation in Occupational Health and Safety, in the inventory of machines and tools used by workers, vehicles, functions of each position, and description of the production process, all this information corresponds to chapter two, in addition to the estimation of occupational hazards using Annex B. "Model format for the overall assessment of risks "found in the methodology. And that for the present work will be found in the table of annexes. In chapter three we will develop the proposal, to prevent the risks identified as MODERATED, IMPORTANT AND INTEGULIBLE, all the most viable alternatives and what their cost, through a cost - benefit analysis.
