Se aplicó la metodología cualitativa-descriptiva para determinar características psicológicas en el desarrollo de Autoestima en Adolescentes. La reflexión crítica determinó que precisar diagnósticos confirmatorios en la valoración de Autoestima en Adolescentes debe integrar instrumentos adecuados al problema investigado, concluyendo que el diagnóstico en autoestima debe contar con instrumentos que aborden las fases que integran al ser humano, y en correspondencia directa a su etapa de desarrollo evolutivo, permitiendo que los actores participen en la fase evaluativa para lograr el diagnóstico integralThis systematization of experiences allowed to analyze the relevance of the instruments applied in the evaluation phase of the project "Yo me doy un like", the systematization axis was How was analyzed the relevance of the instruments applied in the evaluation phase of the project Self-Esteem in adolescents in an educational institution in the city of Guayaquil, whose objective was to analyze the results achieved and the relevance of the instruments applied in the project. The qualitative- descriptive methodology was applied to determine psychological characteristics in the development of self-esteem in adolescents.
