El objetivo fue identificar los factores psicológicos presentes en mujeres de 30 a 55 años con síndrome de fibromialgia a través de narrativas de vida para fortalecer factores protectores; de ahí el eje ¿Cómo se presentan los factores psicológicos en mujeres de 30 a 55 años con síndrome de fibromialgia? evidenciando que es el cuadro sintomatológico lo que condiciona la presencia de dichos factores psicológicos y lo que dificulta la funcionalidad adecuada en su día a día. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa de alcance descriptivo, los métodos utilizados para su elaboración fueron análisis e interpretación de la experiencia. El enfoque teórico de este proyecto fue Cognitivo Conductual desde la propuesta de Lazarus y Folkman. Como reflexión crítica es importante recalcar que la gravedad de síntomas físicos genera factores psicológicos lo mismos que tienen gran repercusión en las diferentes esferas en las que se desenvuelven. Como conclusión teórica a partir de esta propuesta se considera que debido al cuadro sintomatológico que presentan estas mujeres que padecen SFM son sujetos vulnerables por padecer estrés, ansiedad, depresión, problemas de concentración, alteraciones del sueño y baja autoestima, condiciones que dificultan la funcionalidad adecuada ante la cotidianidad y dinámica relacional en diferentes contextosThe present work of Systematization of practical experiences entitled Psychological factors present in women between 30 and 55 years old who suffer from Fibromyalgia Syndrome, arises from the physical symptoms that these women present, which triggers anxiety and depression, generating stress, sleep disorders, concentration problems and low self-esteem. The objective was to identify the psychological factors present in women aged 30 to 55 years with fibromyalgia syndrome through life narratives to strengthen protective factors; hence the axis, How are psychological factors present in women aged 30 to 55 with fibromyalgia syndrome? evidencing that it is the symptomatological picture which conditions the presence of said psychological factors and what hinders the adequate functionality in their day-to-day life. The methodology used was qualitative with a descriptive scope, the methods used for its elaboration were analysis and interpretation of the experience. The theoretical focus of this project was Cognitive Behavioral from the proposal of Lazarus and Folkman. As a critical reflection, it is important to emphasize that the severity of physical symptoms generates psychological factors, which have great repercussions in the different spheres in which they develop.
