For this purpose, we worked with the students of the ninth grade of the Ati II Pillahuaso Educational Unit, school year 2021 - 2022. In order to carry out this work, different types of research were used, as well as qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques, such as observation of the ninth-grade class and a survey of the ninth-grade students. After performing an analysis and representing it in tables and graphs, the effectiveness of the use of a podcast as a technological resource in the improvement of speech and communication in students was demonstrated. In addition to being a support resource for teachers as a new way to create and manage content for their class.Este proyecto de investigación ha sido realizado con el fin dar a conocer como la implementación de los podcasts ayudaría en el desarrollo de la fluidez de la producción oral del idioma inglés de los estudiantes. Para ello, se trabajó con los alumnos del noveno año de la jornada matutina de la Unidad Educativa Ati II Pillahuaso, año lectivo 2021 – 2022. Para realizar este trabajo se utilizaron diversos tipos de investigación, así como técnicas de recolección de datos cualitativas como cuantitativas, tales como, observación de la clase de noveno grado y encuesta a los estudiantes del mismo. Luego de realizar un análisis y representarlo en tablas y gráficos, se demostró la efectividad del uso de un podcast como recurso tecnológico en la mejora del habla y la comunicación en los estudiantes. Además de ser un recurso de apoyo para el docente al ser una nueva forma de crear y gestionar contenido para su clase.Universidad de Guayaquil.
