| spelling | Programa de seguridad industrial para la Empresa Ecuapinturas S.A.Oviedo Miranda, Julio EmilioSISTEMAS INTEGRADOS DE GESTIÓNSEGURIDAD INDUSTRIALFACTORES DE RIESGOSRIESGO DE INCENDIOSEste documento contiene archivo en PDF.La realización de esta tesis elaborada en la empresa Ecuapinturas S.A. tiene como objetivo, investigar, identificar y analizar, los factores de riesgos a los que esta expuesto el trabajador en cada una de las áreas, en la que realiza su jornada diaria, además de que por tratarse de una industria de pinturas se ha evaluado el riesgo de incendio, que presenta la organización, para de esta manera desarrollar soluciones que permitan eliminar o minimizar los riesgos identificados dentro de la misma y así el ambiente de trabajo en la empresa, sea mas seguro para todos los que se encuentran directa o indirectamente relacionados con ello. Para la realización de este documento se tomó en cuenta la observación de las actividades que realizan las personas que trabajan en la fabrica con respecto a su jornada cotidiana a más de preguntas sobre la inexistencia del Comité de Seguridad Industrial y de la Unidad de Seguridad Industrial (Dpto. de Seguridad Industrial). Para la identificación de los problemas se utilizo técnicas de ingeniería como Riesgo Mecánico (Método Fine) y la Evaluación de Riesgos de Incendio (Método Max Gretener). Los resultados que dieron estas técnicas fueron que la empresa cuenta con señalizaciones inadecuadas, falta de equipo de protección personal, personal poco instruido en cuanto a seguridad industrial, extintores caducados, riesgo de incendio en las áreas de Producción, Planta Beta y Producto Terminado, por lo cual se planteo como solución la realización de un programa de Seguridad Industrial, el cual consiste en la creación de un Comité de Seguridad Industrial ,una Unidad de Seguridad e Higiene Industrial instalación de lámparas de emergencia, recarga de extintores, programa de señalización, programa de E.P.P, capacitación sobre seguridad industrial al personal de la empresa. El costo de esta propuesta es de 31098.74 dólares, la inversión que se tiene que realizar para la elaboración de este proyecto es mínimo comparado con los costos que se tendrían que desembolsar por parte de la empresa en caso de algún incendio dentro de la misma o algún accidente grave (109709.9 dólares). El implementar este programa de Seguridad Industrial traerá como consecuencia que el trabajador labore en un ambiente con mayor seguridad, agradable y de integración, lo cual hará que incremente su productividad en la labor diaria que cumple dentro de la empresa.The realization of this thesis elaborated in the company Ecuapinturas S.A. have as an objective, to investigate, identify and analyze, the risk factors to which The worker is exposed in each of the areas, in which they carry out their shift daily, in addition to the fact that because it is a paint industry, the risk of fire, presented by the organization, in order to develop solutions that allow the elimination or minimization of the risks identified within the same and thus the work environment in the company, is safer for everyone those that are directly or indirectly related to it. Engineering techniques were used to identify the problems as Mechanical Risk (Fine Method) and Fire Risk Assessment (Max Gretener method). The results of these techniques were that the company has inadequate signage, lack of protective equipment personnel, personnel with little training in industrial safety, fire extinguishers expired, fire risk in the Production, Beta Plant and Product areas Finished, for which the solution was proposed to carry out a program of Industrial Safety, which consists of the creation of a Safety Committee Industrial, an Industrial Safety and Hygiene Unit installing lamps emergency, fire extinguisher recharging, signaling program, warning program E.P.P, training on industrial safety for company personnel. The cost of this proposal is $ 31098.74, the investment that has to be made for the elaboration of this project is minimal compared to the costs that are would have to be paid by the company in the event of a fire within it or some serious accident ($ 109,709.9).
