La base fundamental de esta investigación fue analizar la oferta y demanda turística en el balneario Ayangue y se determinó la importancia de diseñar un restaurante temático. Se utilizaron método analítico y método deductivo, se utilizaron muestras de poblaciones 382 encuestas dirigidas a turistas se recopilo datos reales, los cuales coinciden que se debe mejorar la infraestructura generando ingresos económicos, fomentando fuentes de trabajo incrementando una alta demanda turística para el balneario Ayangue. Se considera ofrecer un servicio de calidad satisfaciendo las necesidades de los turistas al momento de preparar los alimentos debe ser un servicio de calidad, se determinó que Ayangue tiene potencial turístico.Ayangue belonging to the route of the Spondylus, near the beach there are 63 dining rooms which lend us a good service, due to the high tourist demand, at the moment of offering their gastronomic service is not adequate is scarce due to the little investment by the owners of the dining rooms and cabins that are located on the shore of the beach. The fundamental basis of this research was to analyze the tourist supply and demand in Ayangue spa and the importance of designing a theme restaurant was determined. An analytical method and deductive method were used; population samples were used. 382 surveys aimed at tourists, real data were collected, which coincide that the infrastructure should be generated generating economic income, fomenting sources of work increasing a high tourist demand for the Ayangue spa.
