El eje de proyecto de sistematización es el análisis de criterios que se consideraron para seleccionar a los asistentes de locales que participaron en el programa de formación interna, con la finalidad de retroalimentar los procesos de selección de los participantes que asistieron al programa de formación interna, con la finalidad de mejorar los procesos y procedimientos previos a la implementación del programa. Para la selección de participantes se utilizaron los resultados de los métodos de evaluación tales como evaluaciones de desempeño y resultados de assessment center, complementando con los comentarios de los gerentes regionales, adicional se realizó el análisis de las descripciones de cargo junto con el organigrama del departamento de operaciones. Al terminar la sistematización de experiencia se concluyó que la calidad de resultados que se obtiene de los métodos utilizados para la evaluación de los colaboradores en la compañía, son de vital importancia para identificar de manera efectiva al personal con potencial de desarrollo que debe ser incluido en los programas de formación. Lo antes mencionado lleva a la reflexión de la relevancia que tiene la capacitación relacionada a las buenas prácticas de métodos de evaluación al personal responsable de llevar a cabo los métodos de evaluaciónThe pre-professional practices were carried out in the month of September 2016 in the area of Human Development of the company TÍA SA, this area is responsible for carrying out the implementation of the evaluation methods and the processes of training and development of the collaborators nationwide. The axis of the systematization project is the analysis of criteria that were considered to select the assistants of the premises that participated in the internal training program, in order to provide feedback to the selection processes of the participants who attended the internal training program, with the purpose of improving the processes and procedures prior to the implementation of the program. For the selection of participants, the results of the evaluation methods such as performance evaluations and assessment center results were used, complementing the comments of the regional managers, additional analysis of the job descriptions was carried out together with the department's organizational chart of operations. At the end of the systematization of experience, it was concluded that the quality of results obtained from the methods used for the evaluation of employees in the company are of vital importance to identify effectively the personnel with development potential that should be included in the training programs.
