Siendo esta una de las principales urgencias obstétricas que pone en riesgo el bienestar materno y su integridad reproductiva, se decidió realizar una investigación propuesta en determinar los principales factores de riesgo para hemorragia postparto en el Hospital Matilde Hidalgo de Procel en el período comprendido entre el 1 de julio del 2018 al 28 de enero del 2019.Postpartum hemorrhage is considered one of the main causes of hemodynamic complications in the puerperium, the main cause of perinatal maternal death in developed countries and a leading cause of morbidity worldwide, not excluding this reality in our environment.
