Para la identificación de los problemas se utilizó técnicas de ingeniería como FODA, panorama de factores de riesgo por el método de William T Fine, evaluación de riesgo de incendio por el método de Max Gretener y diagrama causas y efectos de Grant. Una empresa que tiene calificado un sistema ISO 9001-2000 le será más fácil implementar un sistema de esta naturaleza porque la estructura de la empresa es adecuada para permitir el funcionamiento de un sistema de gestión y por la cultura de gestión desarrollada en la misma. La inversión que debe realizar la empresa es de $ 16938.00 aproximadamente, lo que servirá para el cumplimiento de este proyecto, este costo es mínimo comparado con lo que tendría que desembolsar la empresa en caso de algún incendio o accidente grave, y cuya cantidad es de $ 80815.06 aproximadamente, que la empresa perdería por algún siniestro. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones están dirigidas hacia las medidas de seguridad y salud que la empresa debe de seguir.The completion of this thesis developed based on the company Cable TV GROUP aims primarily to identify problems affecting the safety and health of its employees , also to analyze the main problems in the business, define the current state of it, sensitize managers to assist in the development of the area of industrial safety. To identify problems engineering techniques was used as SWOT panorama of risk factors by the method of William T Fine , fire risk assessment method by Max Gretener and causes and effects diagram Grant. A company that has qualified ISO 9001-2000 system will be easier to implement a system of this nature because the structure of the company is adequate to allow the operation of a system of management and management culture developed therein. The investment of the partner is approximately $ 16,938.00 , which will serve for the fulfillment of this project , this cost is minimal compared to what the company would have to pay in case of a fire or serious accident , and whose amount is approximately $ 80,815.06 , which the company lost by some accident.
