Su incidencia es mínima en edad etárea menor de un año. El dolor fue la presentación clínica más frecuente acompañándose de hematuria. El diagnóstico se basa en localización y tamaño de los litos de manera temprana para evitar las complicaciones con la función renal y llegar insuficiencia renal en nuestros pacientes pediátricos. OBJETIVOS Determinar las manifestaciones clínicas, localización de los litos urinarios y el porcentaje de presentación de cada uno de ellos en nuestro universo de estudio, con un total de 118 pacientes pediátricos atendidos entre enero 2014 a enero 2015. MÉTODOS Se analizó la información por fuente de la base de datos que fueron las historias clínicas del Hospital de Niños “Dr. Roberto Gilbert Elizalde”, incluyendo a todos los niños con el diagnóstico de litiasis urinaria en el periodo mencionado. Mediante la revisión de las evoluciones clínicas de cada uno de los pacientes, exámenes de imagen y laboratorio. RESULTADOS La litiasis urinaria según los hallazgos por exámenes de imágenes siendo más útil l el UROTAC nos confirma la localización y tamaño para su tratamiento oportuno. Teniendo mayor porcentaje bilateral 37% en los cálices, seguida de lado derecho 31% en la pelvis renal, mientras con 26 % el lado izquierdo, teniendo un porcentaje en la vejiga2% y uretral 4%.SUMMARY BACKGROUND Urinary lithiasis disease may begin in childhood with few clinical manifestations. Its incidence is minimal in the age of less than one year. Pain was the most frequent clinical presentation accompanied by hematuria. Diagnosis is based on location and size of lithosites early to avoid complications with renal function and renal failure in our pediatric patients. OBJECTIVES To determine the clinical manifestations, location of the urinary lithosites and the percentage of presentation of each of them in our universe of study, with a total of 118 pediatric patients attended between January 2014 and January 2015. METHODS We analyzed the information by source of the database that were the medical histories of Children's Hospital "Dr. Roberto Gilbert Elizalde ", including all children with the diagnosis of urinary lithiasis in the mentioned period. By reviewing the clinical evolutions of each patient, imaging and laboratory tests. Urinary lithiasis according to the findings by imaging tests being more useful l UROTAC confirms the location and size for its timely treatment.
