Esto afecta a la supervivencia de las industrias manufactureras de potencias económicas como los Estados Unidos y más aun de países de no muy elevada competitividad industrial como el Ecuador. Entre estas industrias afectadas se encuentra la industria siderúrgica; la cual, es la escogida para este trabajo de investigación. En Ecuador, existe una fuerte preocupación por el desaceleramiento que ha tenido la industria siderúrgica debido al incremento de las importaciones provenientes del mercado Chino, además, de contar con cierta incertidumbre por los conflictos internacionales presentes por este producto. El objetivo general. del proyecto es Plantear políticas comerciales ecuatorianas en las importaciones chinas de la industria manufacturera de fundición de hierro –acero, identificar las principales industrias ecuatorianas de manufacturera de fundición de hierro y acero, y analizar la Balanza comercial de Ecuador y China En este proyecto investigativo tiene un enfoque cualitativo debido a que se analizarán datos numéricos y referencias bibliográficas apegadas al desarrollo del tema, sobre las políticas comerciales que se han tenido en las industrias manufactureras de acero y sus incidencias en la balanza comercial ,se realizó un estudio exploratorio, para ampliar las teorías mediante la literatura y además un estudio Descriptivo y Explicativo, dado que se conceptualizará y se comprobará el cambio de cada variable en el tiempo de análisis..China is the economy that exports most on the planet and most of its exports are industrial. This affects the survival of manufacturing industries of economic powers such as the United States and even more of countries of not very high industrial competitiveness such as Ecuador. Among these industries found is the steel industry; which is the one chosen for this research work. In Ecuador, there is a strong concern about the slowdown in the steel industry due to the increase in imports from the Chinese market, in addition to having some uncertainty about the international conflicts present in this product. The general objective. The project is to propose Ecuadorian trade policies on Chinese imports of the iron-steel foundry manufacturing industry, identify the main Ecuadorian iron and steel foundry manufacturing industries, and analyze the Trade Balance of Ecuador and China In this research project it has A qualitative approach because they will analyze numerical data and bibliographic references attached to the development of the topic, about the commercial policies that they have had in the steel manufacturing industries and their impact on the trade balance, an exploratory study was carried out, to expand the Theories by literature and also a descriptive and explanatory study, since the change of each variable in the analysis time will be conceptualized and checked.Facultad de Ciencias Económicas.
