Se realizó un diagnóstico general de la empresa, basado en una investigación de campo, utilizando herramientas de consultas y analíticas, como las encuestas, el análisis de Ishikawa y la matriz de riesgos laborales, este último sirvió para identificar los factores de riesgos presentes en los procesos productivos, dando como resultado, los riesgos mecánicos, físicos y ergonómicos como más relevantes, producidos por la falta de inducción al personal, que conllevan a la propuesta de realización de programas de capacitación en prevención de riesgos laborales, además de fichas técnicas de control que obtienen un valor positivo en cuanto al costo-beneficio del proyecto.The investigation was carried out at the facilities of the company Wilfort S.A., with the purpose of designing an Occupational Health and Safety Plan to reduce accidents and incidents during the working day, factors that have caused the increase in spending, as well as the decrease of productivity. A general diagnosis of the company was made, based on a field investigation, using consultation and analytical tools, such as surveys, the Ishikawa analysis and the occupational risk matrix, the latter served to identify the risk factors present in the production processes, resulting in mechanical, physical and ergonomic risks as the most relevant, produced by the lack of induction to personnel, which lead to the proposal to carry out training programs in occupational risk prevention, in addition to technical control sheets that obtain a positive value in terms the cost-benefit of the project.Universidad de Guayaquil.
