Por lo tanto, para el alcance del objetivo general, se determinó la situación que en la actualidad presentaba en el departamento de talento humano y por consiguiente se definió cada uno de los cargos con sus respectivas funciones. El estudio tiene un alcance descriptivo y el tipo de diseño aplicado fue no experimental, por consiguiente, a través de las encuestas y entrevistas realizadas al personal se determinó que es factible proponer un manual de funciones actualizado, el cual refleje las actividades que actualmente desempeñan, esto les permitiría optimizar su trabajo diario y a su vez se propone el organigrama que determine cada puesto de trabajo y el nivel jerarquía. También se plantea un plan de capacitaciones interno a los trabajadores el cual les permita enriquecerse de conocimiento y mejorar su desempeñoThe research was conducted in the area of human talent, with the main objective of analyzing the current functions manual, which will make a theoretical basis on the importance of human talent management and the presence of a guide that stipulates the functions and responsibilities of each job. Therefore, for the scope of the general objective, the current situation in the human talent department was determined and consequently each of the positions with their respective functions was defined. The research has a descriptive scope and the type of design applied was non experimental, therefore, through surveys and interviews with staff it was determined that it is feasible to propose an updated manual of functions, which reflects the activities currently performed, this would allow them to optimize their daily work and in turn the organizational chart is proposed to determine each job position and hierarchy level.
