Las piezas dentarias a ser restauradas se las confecciono mediante la técnica a mano alzada por medio de la estratificación con resinas compuestas, a través de la utilización de aislamiento relativo para evaluar la estética individual del diente adyacente y plasmar las características de forma, textura, color y brillo. El tratamiento da como resultado carillas estéticas con el fin de enmendar problemas estéticos o patológicos del paciente, mejorando así su autoestima con el propósito de obtener una sonrisa perfecta y sobre todo orientándonos a una odontología preventiva. Conclusión: Las carillas dentales directas de resina solucionan las alteraciones que presentan las caras vestibulares de las piezas dentarias anteriores, cumpliendo la estética y conservación de las estructuras anatómicas naturales.The present clinical case was performed in a female patient of 24 years old within the period of December 2016 and January 2017, with the objective of restoring functional and aesthetic harmony through restoration with aesthetic materials. The dental pieces to be restored were made using the freehand technique by stratification with composite resins, through the use of relative insulation to evaluate the individual aesthetics of the adjacent tooth and to capture the characteristics of shape, texture, color and brightness. The treatment gave as a result aesthetic veneers in order to amend aesthetic or pathological problems of the patient, thus improving their self-esteem with the purpose of obtaining a perfect smile and above all orienting us to a preventive dentistry.
