Se realiza investigación de campo y bibliográfica. La investigación de Campo corresponde a entrevistas a trabajadores y habitantes cercanos a la empresa determinando agentes de contaminación y efectos. Se revisaron resultados de monitoreos realizados al agua del río y normativas legales que cumple la empresa. Investigación Bibliográfica se realiza revisando textos de Impacto Ambiental y la Enciclopedia de la OIT, leyes y reglamentos vigentes en la Legislación de Medio Ambiente. Se aplicó la metodología expuesta en el TULAS – Texto Unificado de Legislación Ambiental Secundario, para realizar evaluaciones de monitoreos e interpretar resultados. La empresa realiza adecuaciones en instalaciones para responder necesidades de clientes y exigencias de representantes de Medio Ambiente para disminuir Impactos Ambientales. La evaluación de riesgos de trabajo y aspectos ambientales, muestra una problemática por exposición de trabajadores y medio ambiente a efectos de agroquímicos. La afectación en que se enfoca este trabajo es el recurso agua. Se analizan muestras que evidencian contaminación con elementos minerales o metales pesados. La solución a este problema, se centra en la eliminación de metales pesados presentes en el agua utilizando medios mecánicos para eliminar el metal sin generar nuevos aspectos ambientales siendo el caso con productos químicos para retirar minerales. El costo de la propuesta incluye la construcción de infraestructura y contratación parcial de personal encargado de interpretación de análisis de laboratorio del agua y después del tratamiento. El costo de un representante de Seguridad e Higiene que asesore a empleados e implemente acciones que disminuyan riesgos laborales. Se incluye la compra de Equipos de Seguridad Personal y el costo de la propuesta es de $41,038.00, el tiempo de implementarla se estima en doce meses.The project objective is to design a system of wastewater treatment that may help mitigate the pollution washing banana product is given. Library Research is done by checking texts and Environmental Impact of the ILO Encyclopaedia, laws and regulations of the Environmental Legislation. Unified Text of Secondary Environmental Legislation, for the conduct of monitoring and interpreting results - the methodology outlined in the TULAS was applied. The company makes adjustments in facilities to meet customer needs and demands of representatives of the Environment to reduce Environmental Impacts. The evaluation of workplace hazards and environmental aspects, shows a problematic worker exposure and environmental effects of chemicals. Involvement in this work focuses is water resource. Samples show contamination with mineral elements and heavy metals are analyzed. The solution to this problem, focusing on the removal of heavy metals from water using mechanical means to remove the metal without generating new environmental aspects to be the case with chemicals to remove minerals. The cost of the proposal includes the construction of infrastructure and partial recruitment of staff responsible for the interpretation of laboratory analysis of water and after treatment. The cost of a Health and Safety representative to advise employees and implement actions to reduce occupational hazards. Buying Personal Safety Equipment and the cost of the proposal is $ 41,038.00 is included, the estimated time to implement it in twelve months.Universidad de Guayaquil.
