Gobierno electrónico: un acercamiento a la realidad ecuatoriana

This study analyzes the origin, evolution of Electronic Government in Ecuador and its situation in the world context, considering as reference web pages of the publicorganisms; which offer a form of consultancy, personal and public information of citizen interest; which allows Corroborate, in addition, to know the level of productivity of the technological tools implemented in the government having a relationship withthe citizenship, without leaving aside the strategic components that contribute to the achievement of electronic government.Finally, the author's reflection on the experiences and information obtained in the process of the Ecuadorian Electronic Governance situation is presented, in spite of the evidence, initiatives and formal proposals, there is still a need to define reference guidelines and Control; that allow to contrast the level of commitment and citizen participation.
