To place a combined prosthesis must first understand the basics that should be the patient's occlusion, always starting with a correct diagnosis, second the way in which will be held fixed prosthesis, and third, the design of the partial denture prosthesis with the correct choice of attachments as a mean of retention of the prosthetic system.
