Incubación de emprendimientos sustentables en el grupo social “San Juan Bosco” Loja

This research study was developed in the city of Loja with the Social Group "San Juan Bosco" belonging to the Municipality of Loja that seeks to train citizens for sustainable entrepreneurship, developing actions based on the training of basic skills, labor, citizenship and Businesses that promote a culture of social entrepreneurship, to promote development and innovation with a specific role in the value chain of entrepreneurship and sustainability.The social group "San Juan Bosco" is made up of 25 people who represent the livelihood of their families who do not have the possibility of accessing fixed jobs, lack professional training as capital for investment. For the development of the work qualitative research was used, using the technique of observation, interview, focus groups and bibliographic information. In this context, training on sustainable ventures was carried out for members of the "San Juan Bosco" social group to improve their creativity and business innovation by developing skills and abilities for entrepreneurship by applying active techniques and strategies, generating short-term income, viability of the investment with a tendency to grow exponentially, promoting ventures with high environmental and social impact in the city
