Итог:The present article comes from an investigation that determined the relation that has the implementation of a strategic plan, as part of its planning, and the generation of Economic Value Added (EVA) for the companies; since many times the company focuseson the formulation of the strategy, leaving aside the process of strategic implementation itself, which requires the attitudes, leadership, and skills that must necessarily be part of the managerial profile, in order to that said planned strategy is appropriately implemented. In this way, it was determined that a properly implemented strategy should be reflected in the ability of companies to generate higher EVA. In addition, this research was developed with the purpose of motivating management in the importance of strategic implementation, and contributing to the benefit of shareholders and stakeholders through the generation of greater EVA.
