The result evidenced the breach and limitations in the provision of the service, which reduces the level of customer satisfaction and affects the image of the Area. En el primero, se valoró los elementos para el cumplimiento de la Norma Técnica de Zona Especial Turística, y en el segundo, se evaluó los criterios de gestión, imagen comercial, producción y servicio de alimentos. El resultado evidenció el incumplimiento y las limitaciones en la prestación del servicio, lo cual reduce el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes y afectala imagen de la Zona.
