Diseño de un plan de negocios para la creación de un centro de importaciones de medicinas para enfermedades catastróficas como la artritis reumatoide en el año 2016

RESUMEN EJECUTIVO La siguiente investigación “DISEÑO DE UN PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UN CENTRO DE IMPORTACIONES DE MEDICINAS PARA ENFERMEDADES CATASTRÓFICAS COMO LA ARTRITIS REUMATOIDE EN EL AÑO 2016.”, tiene la finalidad de conocer la factibilidad y viabilidad de la creación de un centro de importaciones en el norte de la ciudad de Quito, para la comercialización de un medicamento hecho a base del veneno de una hormiga para bloquear la artritis reumatoide, importado desde Bolivia. Para la recopilación de la información se va a realizar un estudio de mercado el mismo que permitirá definir la demanda objetivo de mercado y conocer la aceptación del medicamento dentro de la población con artritis reumatoide, a través de las técnicas de investigación como la entrevista y la encuesta. Una vez definida la demanda objetivo y aceptación del producto, se realizará el estudio técnico el mismo que consta de la ubicación del proyecto, la distribución del centro de importaciones, los requerimientos necesarios para el funcionamiento de la empresa. A continuación, se desarrollará la organización administrativa la misma que se encontrará plasmada en el organigrama estructural y descripción del manual de funciones de cada uno de los puestos y cargos que compondrá el nuevo centro de importaciones. El estudio financiero permitirá conocer la inversión inicial total del proyecto, el financiamiento, y los costos necesarios en los que se incurrirán para la puesta en marcha del mismo, así como la proyección de las ventas del medicamento, los mismos que servirán para la realización de la evaluación financiera donde se definirá la factibilidad del proyecto a través del análisis de los indicadores como el VAN, TIR; RCB, y periodo de recuperación de la inversión. Una vez determinada la viabilidad del proyecto se desarrollará las correspondientes conclusiones y recomendaciones para el funcionamiento del centro de importaciones. ABSTRACT The following investigation "DESIGN OF A BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE CREATION OF AN IMPORT CENTER OF DRUG FOR CATASTROPHIC DISEASES SUCH AS RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS IN 2016.” This has the purpose to know the feasibility and viability of creating an import center in northern Quito in order to promote a drug made from the venom of an ant to block rheumatoid arthritis, which is imported from Bolivia. The collection of information will be done by a market study that will define the target market and meet demand acceptance of the drug within the population with rheumatoid arthritis; this will be supported by research techniques such as interview and survey. Once defined the objective demand and product acceptance, a technical study will be performed that contains project location, the distribution of imports, and the necessary requirements for the operation of the company. Moreover, an administrative organization will be performed with the structural organization chart and description of manual functions of each of the posts and positions that will make up the new imports center. The financial study will help to know the total initial investment in the project, funding and the necessary costs that will be incurred for the implementation thereof, and drug sales projection, which help to perform the financial evaluation and the feasibility of the project through analysis of indicators such as VAN, TIR, RCB, and payback period of the investment. Once determined the vitality of the project conclusions and recommendations will be developed for the operation of import center.
