In which a descriptive, quantitative design methodology was used, with an interview as a technique and instrument, which was carried out with six people belonging to the different areas of Management, Administration, Acquisitions, Production, Warehouse and Sales. After collecting information on dimensions such as strategic need, standard incorporation, incorporation as a strategic factor, planning and control, we will issue an initial diagnosis, which will allow us to provide recommendations that help the company maintain continuous improvement. When presenting our proposal, this research seeks to develop a methodology that allows controlling the inventory stock with the help of ICTs, which will help the organization and optimization of its information. Which will result in; improve inventory accuracy, these will be able to guarantee the real availability of products, reduce costs and, above all, improve efficiency and communication within the organization.
