Para tener como objetivo en el cantón el desarrollo del turismo local, que se desarrolla de manera organizada y con la creación de un malecón turístico en la represa La Esperanza se podría atraer más al turista nacional e internacional.This investigative work was carried out on the site of the La Esperanza dam, in the city of Quiroga, based on an in-depth analysis of local tourism in the canton, the deficit in infrastructure that it has due to lack of investment, and the current situation of the Bolívar canton. In order to have as objective the development of the canton in local tourism, which if done is developed in an organized manner and with the creation of a tourist boardwalk in the La Esperanza dam, more national and international tourists could be attracted. This report describes in detail the diagnosis of current conditions and the implementation of equipment aimed at activities for the different users considered. Also the project design process, beginning with the identification of spaces and areas, zoning, description of the systems and components of the project. Detailing the formal, technical and environmental aspects of the project with the construction systems to be used. With the analysis of the infrastructure of the canton, the project also includes what is a tourist route that unifies the most important tourist spaces in the canton, and in the same way analyzes the lack of infrastructure that it does in each of these places.
