Riassunto:This research work focused on determining the feasibility and effectiveness of the Podcast tool used as a resource in the educational process in Ecuador, and the knowledge that teachers have about it and those who did not know its usefulness, were asked if they would be willing to learn its handling, being the favorable answer; To support the research, the interview tool was applied to experts in Telecommunications, Teachers, a foreign Business Consultant, who for more than a decade has been teaching his workshops online and even a former supervisor of a model education district, these criteria, added to the bibliographic review of documents related to communication technology applied to education, they form the columns raised in this new Temple of knowledge to which society is involved by the New World Order in which the world finds itself. The methodology used was non-probabilistic for convenience in a finite universe of 32 teachers, from first to third year of high school, from the “Montessori” Bilingual Educational Unit and the “Jorge Washington” Mixed Private School. The main conclusions are that Ecuadorian teachers do not have in-depth knowledge of alternative computer tools such as podcasts, that the platforms used for the educational process are almost the same in some schools, and that the stress level of teachers has increased due to the lack of They work a fixed schedule, but rather in extended hours when receiving calls from parents and inquiries from students at inconvenient hours...........
