description | This research work focused on determining the feasibility and effectiveness of the Podcast tool used as a resource in the educational process in Ecuador, and the knowledge that teachers have about it and those who did not know its usefulness, were asked if they would be willing to learn its handling, being the favorable answer; To support the research, the interview tool was applied to experts in Telecommunications, Teachers, a foreign Business Consultant, who for more than a decade has been teaching his workshops online and even a former supervisor of a model education district, these criteria, added to the bibliographic review of documents related to communication technology applied to education, they form the columns raised in this new Temple of knowledge to which society is involved by the New World Order in which the world finds itself. The methodology used was non-probabilistic for convenience in a finite universe of 32 teachers, from first to third year of high school, from the “Montessori” Bilingual Educational Unit and the “Jorge Washington” Mixed Private School. The main conclusions are that Ecuadorian teachers do not have in-depth knowledge of alternative computer tools such as podcasts, that the platforms used for the educational process are almost the same in some schools, and that the stress level of teachers has increased due to the lack of They work a fixed schedule, but rather in extended hours when receiving calls from parents and inquiries from students at inconvenient hours........... |

The main conclusions are that Ecuadorian teachers do not have in-depth knowledge of alternative computer tools such as podcasts, that the platforms used for the educational process are almost the same in some schools, and that the stress level of teachers has increased due to the lack of They work a fixed schedule, but rather in extended hours when receiving calls from parents and inquiries from students at inconvenient hours...........Este trabajo de investigación se centró en determinar la factibilidad y eficacia de la herramienta Podcast utilizada como recurso en el proceso educativo en Ecuador, y el conocimiento que los docentes tienen sobre la misma y los que no conocieran su utilidad, se les consultó sí estarían dispuestos a aprender su manejo, siendo la respuesta favorable; para fundamentar la investigación se aplicó la herramienta de la entrevista a expertos en Telecomunicaciones, Docentes, a un Consultor Empresarial extranjero, quién desde hace más de una década dicta sus talleres on line y aun ex supervisor de un distrito modelo de educación, estos criterios, sumados a la revisión bibliográfica de documentos relacionados a tecnología de comunicación aplicadas a la educación, forman las columnas levantadas en este nuevo Templo de conocimiento al que la sociedad se ve involucrada por el Nuevo Orden Mundial en que se encuentra el mundo. La metodología utilizada fue no probabilística por conveniencia en un universo finito de 32 docentes, de primero a tercero de bachillerato, de la Unidad Educativa Bilingüe “Montessori” y del Colegio Particular Mixto “Jorge Washington”.
