En esta medida, los sistemas de costeo y la rentabilidad que la empresa puede obtener gracias al mismo, es lo que se va a abordar en el presente estudio. Con la finalidad de dar a conocer el sistema de costeo, se entregarán bases teóricas fundamentales, que permitirán seguir con la aplicación de herramientas metodológicas para el levantamiento de la información en las empresas del sector agrícola.
