Auditoria de gestión en los procesos de descascarillado de arroz en la Piladora Villegas

In the current context of the rice industry, planning, administrative operations, efficiency, and quality in production processes are essential to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of companies. Management auditing emerges as a fundamental tool for evaluating and improving these processes, identifying areas of opportunity, and proposing corrective actions to optimize resources and maximize productivity. This thesis focuses on the management audit of the rice dehulling process at Piladora Villegas, a crucial stage that involves removing the husk from the grain and must be done precisely to ensure the quality of the final product. Efficiency in dehulling not only affects the quality of the rice but also has significant economic and environmental implications for the company. The importance of this research lies in the need to identify and mitigate inefficiencies, waste, and potential failures in the dehulling process. By applying management auditing techniques, this study aims to provide a detailed view of the current performance of the process and develop practical recommendations for its continuous improvement, integrating elements of planning and administrative operations to ensure its effective implementation.
