Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | This proposal focuses on the urban restructuring of the Los Algarrobos sector in the Durán canton, under the principles of ecological urbanism, in order to face the problems derived from disorderly urban growth and the expansion of informal settlements. The central objective is to formulate a master plan that not only addresses the current needs of the community, but also establishes the foundations for long-term sustainable urban development. The proposal focuses on mixed-use zoning, the progressive design of housing with a bioclimatic approach and the creation of ecological corridors that function as backbones of the urban space, providing connectivity and access to essential services. Likewise, strategies are proposed to promote the social and economic integration of the sector with the goal of raising the quality of life of the inhabitants, conserving the available natural resources and promoting a more resilient and united community. |
