In today's competitive business environment, the pressure for results can test the integrity of accounting professionals. Therefore, understanding how organizational culture influences accounting ethics is vital to fostering responsible and transparent practices. This research takes a mixed approach, combining quantitative survey and qualitative interview data to analyze employees' perceptions of accounting ethics and the factors that affect it.
