The study developed addresses the objective: analysis of the behavior of premium level private insurance contracts in pandemic in Guayaquil, Ecuador case company "ABC" in times of pandemic. From the company "ABC" the situation he faced in order to cope with the fulfillment of the clauses of the insurance offered is presented. The research developed through a mixed approach, of a qualitative and quantitative nature, made it possible to evaluate the legal and commercial landscape through data provided by the entity, contrasted with meticulous interviews applied to experts in the field. Among the main findings, an 11 percent decrease in the company's Premium category insurance was evidenced by 2020, reporting departures from all age groups……….. |
