This work deals with the research study regarding the violation of the right to Good Living to a healthy environment, of the inhabitants of the Tarqui parish in the canton of Guayaquil. The objective of the investigation was to analyze the violation of the Right to Good Living to a healthy environment, of the inhabitants of the Tarqui parish of the Canton Guayaquil, caused by the exploitation of the quarries at kilometer 10 to 15 on the coast. Through a non-experimental type methodology, he focused on carrying out a descriptive, field and documentary study. Under the mixed modality (quantitative-qualitative) that had the purpose of applying surveys to a sample of 379 inhabitants of the road to the coast and interviews with people involved in the research. The results allowed us to conclude that in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, having supremacy over all legal bodies, norms, regulations and ordinances that has its bases in function of the environment that allows the passage of legal elements that allow regulating activities. made by the quarries whose powers fall on the municipal GADs of each province. Therefore, by virtue of the investigation, the guarantee of living in a healthy and balanced environment is supported by article 14 of the Constitution and which is a benchmark for the State to develop mechanisms that make prevail the right of citizens to be inside. from an ecologically pollution-free environment.............
