Diseño arquitectónico de un centro recreativo turístico en la Zona Oeste de la Isla Puná

Tourism activity on Puná Island faces significant challenges due to the lack of adequate facilities that offer convenience and comfort to visitors, the absence of well-equipped accommodations that are comfortable, comfortable prevents guests from fully enjoying the facilities, the beautiful surrounding landscape, the rich local gastronomy and the vibrant culture they possess. To address these limitations, the construction of a Tourist Recreational Center designed with principles of bioclimatic architecture is proposed, this proposal is based on the use of the natural resources of the environment, such as the prevailing winds, local vegetation and panoramic views, to create a space that is in harmony with the landscape and that maximizes the comfort of users. The building will incorporate sustainable materials, such as chanul wood inside and teak or oak wood on the outside, which not only contributes to the natural aesthetics of the building, but also ensures durability and efficiency of the project. In addition, the center will have various areas designed for the enjoyment of visitors, including comfortable rooms, sports courts, swimming pools, a restaurant that will offer local dishes, and an event room for social activities, with this infrastructure, it is sought to provide a cozy environment that allows in some way to recover the tourism that decreased due to the pandemic and in turn tourists can experience the beauty and culture of the island in an integral way Puná, promoting an enriching and memorable tourist experience.
