Crynodeb:Curricular innovation is an important component in High Education Institutions (HEI). It is supported by the Constitution of 2008 that says that higher education is a public asset and is part of a collective process that provides a critical contribution to widen ethical and moral values. These values promote the citizen identity of the subject in the learning process within the different learning environments and apply learning strategies to perform activities that lead the future professional to develop strategies that enhance their lifestyle and succeed in the chosen career. This implies that the curricular redesign of the different majors are not only related to the reorganization of the learning content but also includes the diversification of the institution. This means that research and scientific production should be the foundations of the new perspective in education. This article is joined together with the transformation process of curricular design developed in the country, which allows majors accreditation of Universidad Laica VICENTE ROCAFUERTE de Guayaquil, especially the School of Administration.
