סיכום:In this research work it is proposed that soccer has always been seen as one of the most important sports worldwide, starting from this point we take into consideration women's soccer although it has already participated in different tournaments it is not seen as a new sport, therefore it is proposed which are the factors that have contributed to the evolution and development of women's soccer in Ecuador, with this the following research topic is proposed: Evolution and development of women's soccer in Ecuador, after its participation in the 2015 World Cup. The objective is to analyze the evolution of women's soccer in Ecuador after its participation in the 2015 World Cup. In order to meet the proposed objectives, a research methodology was used that consists of a qualitative approach, an exploratory and descriptive scope, with the purpose of collecting data through interviews as a technique to obtain the necessary information, and to be able to analyze them, the focus group was used to facilitate the analysis. And to have a joint response of the interviews carried out. Concluding that women's soccer is having better participation, although there are still certain paradigms that may be due to sexist beliefs or simply lack of knowledge that this sport can become great, and as recommendations, is to encourage support, promote equality, establish alliances that favor the growth of women's soccer.
