Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | This research project is based on the development and management of an inventory model in order to have a better control over the materials management of the “Omega Dent” Dental Office, since it was identified that they do not have a record of inventories, additionally they do not have an adequate control of their fixed assets, thus allowing the problems of availability of materials. The research results highlighted the relevance of having an adequate record for the management of materials and the importance of implementing an inventory management system that can maintain stock control and minimize shortages, thus helping to ensure the availability of materials. In addition, shortcomings in the treatment of fixed assets were identified, and their proper identification and control were proposed to avoid losses. |
