Sumario:The study raised the need for a regulation to regulate surrogacy processes in the Ecuadorian State, which allows guaranteeing children conceived through this means, as well as for parents who need to contract this type of maternity, from the moment of conception, birth and subsequent family bonding. The methodology to carry out the study is of a mixed type in which qualitative and quantitative methods were combined, under descriptive, analytical and synthetic levels. A documentary investigation was carried out in which some studies and cases about other countries dealing with surrogacy were analyzed, interviews were applied to two experts, and 375 surveys were conducted with independent lawyers in Guayaquil………..
