On the other hand, this project aims to raise awareness among employees about safety, well-being, hygiene, and health, improving the monitoring and feedback of intrapersonal skills. It also highlights the company's situation, proposing preventive strategies in the form of an occupational safety and health policy manual, with the aim of taking care of the employees. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were presented in the last part of the project. |
