| Riassunto: | The present research work has as its objective the legal study of labor precariousness in the public sector: analysis on the application of occasional service contracts, the term labor precariousness is defined as that situation that encompasses the characteristics of insecurity, uncertainty and lack of guarantee in relation to the labor activity that arises from the worker - employer bond, our legislation contemplates the possibility of entering the public sector through a particular form of contracting, this is: The contract of occasional services, which was created with a specific purpose: to have human talent for a transitory and not permanent need, however the Administrative Units of Human Talent, denaturalize the purpose of the contract and use it as they see fit. To support our assertions, we used a mixed methodology, through the collection of information from legal professionals, to whom we conducted a short interview that included questions directly related to the topic and theme to be made visible, as well as the other side of the coin, the perspective of those on whom the consequences of this phenomenon fall, public servants and former public servants who were related to this modality................ |
