Por otra parte, los responsables de estas Infracciones de Tránsito además de las sanciones penales, tanto, principales como accesorias, deberán responder de los daños tanto físicos, psíquicos, como materiales que hayan sido provocados a estas víctimas, pero ¿Dichas víctimas reciben efectivamente esa Reparación Integral?
