| Riassunto: | The present work entitled "Financial analysis of TuTi stores and their effect on customer satisfaction in the city of Guayaquil, period 2021-2022" the main objective was to analyze the financial behavior of TuTi stores and their effect on customer satisfaction in the city of Guayaquil, The project was carried out using a mixed methodology, with a correlational scope and in a time-frame of 2021- 20222022, with a sample of 50 individuals and 4 executives belonging to TUTI S.A through instruments such as interview, survey and financial data formats. The results thus show that, in terms of financial results, the company will be lossmaking in both 2022 and 2023, this is because the company has been financed by a loan to related companies, Also a direct and high relationship was established between satisfaction in selling prices and gross sales (Pearson index = 0.86)On the other hand, a significant correlation was found between product quality and inventory turnover (Pearson index = 0.81)The European Commission has recently published a report on the quality of the European Union’s education and training system. In addition, a strong relationship between product variety and sales was identified (Pearson index = 0.87), indicating that increasing the variety could boost sales. There was also a high correlation between hours of operation and acid test index (Pearson index = 0.95) The observed ratio is 0,83 the relationship between security perceived by customers and inventory turnover, The consumer is therefore understood to buy in places where he feels more secure. |
