Al referirnos al garantismo de Derechos, los administradores de justicia tienen el deber tutelar de preservar la integridad de las personas; por lo que, es necesario que al tener conocimiento de incidentes entre ciudadanos sean o no de conmoción pública, su obligación es mantener el orden y la seguridad jurídica.
