Numerous studies support the close relationship between the work environment and employee performance. In this sense, the main objective of this study is to analyze the organizational climate in the specific context of the Guayaquil Aesthetic Surgery Center and its impact on the work performance of its workers. The aim is to identify the underlying problems that affect the work environment and evaluate their impact on the effectiveness and well-being of employees. |
